We ship worldwide using reliable logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, and other selected international couriers. All of our bags are made-to-order (on-demand): once your purchase is confirmed, the item is printed, tailored, and shipped with the utmost care.

Production & Shipping Times

The total time to receive your order is divided into two phases:

Production Time: Each bag is crafted specifically for you. This process takes 3–5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times (after production):

-United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

-Italy and Europe: 4–7 business days

-Rest of the world: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your bag is handed over to the courier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on the geographical destination.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For shipments destined for countries outside the European Union or the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Depending on the partner laboratory and checkout settings, these costs may either be included in the order total or remain the responsibility of the recipient, as determined by the local laws of the destination country and collected by the courier upon delivery.
